The instrument can be configured for O₂, CO, NH₃ + moisture, HCl + moisture, HF + moisture.

A Multi-laser option is available using the same instrument for multi-gas measurements such as O₂ + CO, O₂ + CO + CO₂, NH₃ + moisture + O₂, HCl + moisture + O₂, HF + moisture + O₂, HCl + HF + moisture.

In addition, the TDL100-CS can also make in-situ temperature measurements using either an O₂ line or, for high accuracy measurements, a H₂O line combination.

The windows are protected by a reliable, high efficiency purging system.
