The instrument can be configured for NH₃ + moisture, HCl + moisture, HF + moisture, CO, and O₂.


A Multi-laser option is available using the same instrument for multi-gas measurements such as NH₃ + moisture + O₂, HCl + moisture + O₂, HF + moisture + O₂, CO + O₂, HCl + HF + moisture.


The 1m folded measurement path can be positioned to an optimum position within a stack by means of a slip flange.

The windows are protected by a reliable, high efficiency purging system.
