Multi-gas Cross-duct Laser Monitoring System

CO, CO2, H2O, O2 and temperature in a single installation 


The TDL multi-gas measurement system can monitor CO, CO, H2O and O2 in a very hot process gas stream with a high dust load and varying pressure – all without costly and complicated sample conditioning. It is even possible to determine the temperature of the gas stream without inserting a probe.

The simultaneous multi-gas measurements are made by rapid direct absorption laser spectroscopy, so all that is needed is optical access to the hostile sample gas. The measurements are made in-situ with no sample extraction, therefore there is no need to cool, dry or filter the gas prior to the measurement being made, this means the measurement is truly representative of the sample and process without a time delay due to sample conditioning. 

The TDL multigas system is simple to install, operate, requires minimum maintenance and has low running costs. Along with internal data logging, output options include 4-20mA, Modbus TCP, RS232, RS485 and Ethernet, it is also possible to connect remotely via a GSM gateway.
